Job summary

Black Pearl Consult in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Emirati professional to join the Compliance Operations team as a specialist responsible for supporting day-to-day compliance activities and governance.

You will help with documentation, regulatory reporting, and coordinating internal audits, while developing knowledge of the investment sector and staying detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• UAE National with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field.
• Experience or internship in compliance, operations, or administrative support is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow in the field of governance.
