Emirates NBD Bank is seeking an Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration workstreams stemming from the RBL merger. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive execution of transformation initiatives, and support synergy realization while ensuring business continuity and operational stability.

The role oversees Target Operating Model definition, governance, and partnership with executives to align priorities, manage risks, and drive delivery across Retail Banking and Wealth

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience with 3+ years in Banking or Financial Services and 1+ years leading large transformation or integration programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Retail & Corporate Banking products, Business Transformation, Digital Banking, RAID Management, Data Analysis, Power BI, Excel, Jira, MS Office.
• Merger and acquisition integration (Preferred).
• Consultancy Background (Preferred).
• PMP / PRINCE2
• Agile Certification (CSM / SAFe)
• Lean Six Sigma
• Must possess good analytical & numerical skills, Program Management, Executive Reporting, Stakeholder Management

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end management of integration workstreams arising from merger and integration initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and governance for migration to unified operating model.
• Define Target Operating Model and transition plans.
• Identify integration opportunities, dependencies, and synergies.
• Prepare executive dashboards and governance packs for leadership review.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and benefits realization.
