Emirates NBD Bank seeks an experienced Transformation & Integration leader to manage end-to-end integration workstreams from the RBL merger, ensuring governance, operating model transitions, and milestone delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, assess current and target states, and drive synergies while maintaining business continuity.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; MBA preferred.
• PMP / PRINCE2 and Agile Certification (CSM/SAFe) preferred.
• 12+ years in transformation or integration programs; 6+ years in Banking/FS; 3+ years leading large programs.
• Merger/integration experience preferred; consultancy background a plus.
• Knowledge of Retail & Corporate Banking products, RAID, data analysis.
