Job summary

Emirates NBD is seeking an Executive-level leader to drive the delivery of integration workstreams arising from the acquisition of RBL. You will translate strategic objectives into executable plans across business, products, operations, technology and support, aligning with governance, timelines and regulatory requirements.

You will partner with senior leaders to realize revenue, customer, and operational synergies, while ensuring customer experience remains central and risks are mitigated

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience with 8+ years in Banking or Financial Services and 5+ years leading large transformation or integration programs.
• Merger and acquisition integration experience is a must.
• Prior Retail Banking (cards, loans and liabilities) experience.
• Consultancy background preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• MBA (preferred).
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification.
• Agile Certification (CSM / SAFe).
• Lean Six Sigma (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the integration strategy and target operating model.
• Establish integration priorities, sequencing, and transformation objectives across business functions.
• Drive operating model transformation and synergy realization initiatives.
• Review and challenge integration plans to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Provide strategic recommendations and decision support to the Head of Integration and Executive Leadership.
• Lead product and customer proposition integration across both organizations.
• Drive identification and realization of revenue, customer, and operational synergies.
• Govern product portfolio optimization, pricing harmonization, and channel integration decisions.
• Sponsor business cases supporting revenue growth and customer value creation.
• Ensure customer experience remains a key driver of integration decisions and priorities.
• Lead integration and transformation initiatives across Operations, Customer Service, Contact Centre, Finance, HR, Procurement, Compliance, and other support functions.
• Drive standardization of processes, controls, governance, and service delivery models.
• Approve target-state operating models and transformation initiatives.
• Drive realization of operational efficiencies, resource optimization, and cost synergies.
• Resolve cross-functional integration issues impacting business performance or customer experience.
• Lead governance forums supporting integration delivery and strategic decision-making.
• Manage relationships with senior executives, regulators, and key stakeholders.
• Drive resolution of cross-functional conflicts and key delivery risks.
• Ensure integration activities maintain regulatory compliance and operational resilience.
• Own realization of revenue, cost, operational, and customer synergies arising from the merger.
