Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles, internal controls, and assessment methodologies.
• Experience with risk registers, KRIs, risk reporting, and mitigation planning.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organization's risk management framework.
• Identify, assess, and monitor key business, operational, financial, and insurance-related risks.
• Maintain and update risk registers, risk assessments, and control matrices.
• Support business units in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans.
• Monitor KRIs and prepare periodic risk reports for management.
• Assist in evaluating effectiveness of internal controls and risk mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on risk, governance, compliance, and audit matters.
• Track identified risk issues, action plans, and remediation activities to closure.
• Assist audits by providing relevant risk documentation and information.
• Stay updated on regulatory, governance, and insurance requirements.
• Contribute to resilience and enterprise risk initiatives as required.
