Job summary

• Strong understanding of risk management principles, internal controls, and assessment methodologies.
• Experience with risk registers, KRIs, risk reporting, and mitigation planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist audits by providing relevant risk documentation and information.
• Stay updated on regulatory, governance, and insurance requirements.
• Contribute to resilience and enterprise risk initiatives as required.

• Track identified risk issues, action plans, and remediation activities to ensure timely closure.
• Support internal and external audits by providing relevant risk documentation and information.
• Stay updated on applicable regulatory, governance, and insurance industry requirements.
• Contribute to business continuity, operational resilience, and other enterprise risk initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles, internal controls, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience with risk registers, KRIs, risk reporting, and mitigation planning.
• Good analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certification in Risk Management, ERM, FRM, CIA, ACCA, or a related field will be an advantage.
• Experience and knowledge of local insurance regulations will be an advantage.
