Responsibilities

• Assist with insurance policy applications, quotations, renewals, endorsements, amendments, and cancellations.
• Collect, review, verify, and maintain customer, policy, coverage, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, insurers, brokers, underwriters, claims teams, and service providers.
• Support the processing and administration of new and existing insurance policies.
• Assist with insurance claims registration, documentation collection, processing, and follow-up.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding policies, coverage, documentation, and processing status.
