Job summary

Work corp is seeking an Instrument Technician to join our Abu Dhabi-based team. The role involves installing, operating, repairing and maintaining instruments used in the manufacturing process, ensuring precise calibration, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.

You will be responsible for documenting instrumentation activities, interpreting technical drawings, and maintaining a clean, organized work area while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience working in instrumentation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Ability to use hand tools correctly.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, repair and maintain instruments used in the manufacturing process.
• Perform calibration tests according to established procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues with instruments or equipment using problem-solving techniques.
• Make recommendations for replacement or improvement when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all instrumentation activities carried out.
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
