Job summary

JobLeader in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to maintain, repair, and service process instrumentation across projects. The role focuses on instrumentation expertise, calibration, and safety.

The candidate should have a diploma or degree in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering, with familiarity reading electrical diagrams and strong troubleshooting skills. Salary is 1800 AED per month.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in the instrumentation field preferred (minimal experience required).
Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations.
Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics accurately.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Maintain, repair and service all instruments associated with the process control systems.
Calibrate instruments regularly to ensure accuracy.
Test and inspect instruments for faults.
Troubleshoot instrumentation issues.
Install, configure, commission, maintain and repair electrical components.
Ensure all safety procedures are followed while working on instruments.
Maintain records of maintenance activities.
Liaise with vendors to obtain spare parts when needed.
