Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Instructional Designer for MEATR FC Learning to develop engaging learning content and materials. You will craft a content strategy, create assets for multiple channels, and ensure accuracy and alignment with brand voice.

Responsibilities include collaborating with SMEs, developing e-learning modules, and applying ADDIE/SAM models to design effective learning experiences. A strong background in instructional design and front-end design tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in learning design, learning science, instructional design, educational psychology, or similar field.
• Knowledge of front-end languages including JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
• Experience in visual design demonstrated through mockups and style guides.
• Knowledge of Adobe design programs including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM fundamentals, training/inference lifecycles, and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks and InDesign.

Content Specialist is responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across various platforms and mediums. This role ensures that content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the organization's goals and brand voice.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and maintain a content strategy that supports organizational objectives
Create high-quality, engaging content for various channels (e.g., websites, newsletters)
Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of and proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, and InDesign
