Technogym in Dubai seeks a Logistics Specialist to coordinate large cross‑functional projects from tender to handover, ensuring top customer experience and tight process control. You will drive installation coverage, training, and certifications with 3PLs and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years relevant experience in Logistics.
• Strong communication skills and liaison with warehouse management.
• Proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of the fitness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate large projects with departments from tender to handover/cash collection.
• Address inquiries from customers to related departments for best experience.
• Ensure installation network coverage through training, certification and on-the-job actions.
• Monitor feedback to identify delivery and installation issues and propose solutions.
• Perform quality audits on installation to verify protocol compliance.
• Verify correct use of installation forms and partner certifications.
• Manage snagging process, root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Cost allocation and periodic reporting to CM and HQ.
