Job summary

Aldar Education is seeking a Teacher - Computer Science to join its growing family of schools in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, starting January 2027. The role involves delivering engaging Computer Science lessons, supporting students across abilities, monitoring progress, and contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong CS background, a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification, and 1-2 years of teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another related subject.
• PGCE or another recognized teaching qualification.
• Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience.
• Previous experience working with students for whom English is not their first language.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CS lessons that inspire students to succeed and achieve strong academic outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, parents, and school community.
• Develop positive professional relationships across the school.
• Plan engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements with fellow teachers.
• Collate and reflect on student progress and assessment data.
