Job summary

Aldar Education is seeking a Teacher - Computer Science in Abu Dhabi to support its growing family of schools, joining at the start of Term 2 (January 2027). The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree with PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification and 1–2 years of teaching experience, including experience with students for whom English is not the first language.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging CS lessons, collaborate with fellow teachers, and contribute to school-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
• Minimum 1-2 years Teaching experience.
• Previous experience working with students whose English is not their first language.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child.
• High level of professionalism and well-being of children.

Responsibilities

• To deliver lessons that inspire students to succeed and achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan engaging lessons meeting curriculum requirements.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress.
• Support planning, assessment and resources within the team and school events.
