Job summary

TÜV SÜD Middle East LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Inspection Coordinator to coordinate inspection activities ensuring timely and compliant delivery of services. You will support inspector mobilization, source and evaluate qualified inspectors, coordinate assignments and manage inspection documentation and invoicing for smooth operations.

The role requires a engineering qualification, 4–10 years experience in inspection environments, strong communication and proficiency in MS Office, with

Qualifications

• BSc or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• 4–10 years of relevant experience in inspection/vendor environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP and document management systems is an advantage.
• Experience in industrial/Oil & Gas sectors is a plus.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspection activities to meet project requirements.
• Plan and execute mobilization of inspection engineers locally and globally.
• Communicate with local and overseas counterparts and suppliers.
• Review inspector resumes for assignment suitability.
• Maintain invoicing with time sheets and approvals.
