Job summary

NOV is seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional to support its Corrosion Control portfolio in the Abu Dhabi region. The role focuses on reviewing RFQs, preparing competitive proposals and quotations, and ensuring adherence to NOV commercial standards.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with Sales, Business Development, Operations, and Finance to convert opportunities into orders while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or college degree in Business, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales or a similar role, preferably in oil & gas or industrial services.
• Experience reviewing RFQs and tender requirements and preparing accurate quotations and proposals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple RFQs, quotations, orders, and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs and tender requirements to understand commercial and technical needs.
• Prepare accurate, complete, and competitive proposals and quotations for Coating and GRE Liner solutions.
• Ensure proposals comply with customer requirements and NOV standards and terms.
• Coordinate and track RFQs, quotations, orders and customer requests through the sales process.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely responses.
• Support conversion of opportunities into orders while maintaining high customer service.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pricing, opportunity status, and documentation in CRM.
• Support sales forecasting, backlog management, and KPI reporting.
• Assist with pricing reviews and credit requirements as needed.
• Build strong customer relationships and responsive communication.
