Bayut & dubizzle is looking for a driven Sales Executive - Inside Sales in Dubai to join our fast-paced team. You will handle telephonic sales, build and maintain large portfolios, and consistently exceed targets.

In this role, you will drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, qualify leads, and present tailored packages. A high-energy, bilingual communicator with CRM experience will thrive here, supported by a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 2–3 years of experience in a similar inside sales role.
• Familiar with Zendesk and CRMs (Salesforce a plus).
• Persuasive with strong communication to close deals.
• Tactful, intelligent, and adaptable to handle objections.
• Ability to maintain a high volume of calls and closures.

Responsibilities

• Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Prospect customers from cold, warm, and hot leads.
• Qualify prospects against product and company needs.
• Consult on business challenges and suitable packages.
• Draft and deliver proposals via email with etiquette.
• Maintain notes on prospects in the CRM.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales revenue forecasts.
• Give feedback to management to shorten the sales cycle and improve branding.
