Job summary

Petrame seeks an Inside Sales Executive/Engineer in Dubai to handle customer inquiries, recommend suitable technical products, prepare quotations, and drive opportunities to closure. Qualifications

• Sales experience: minimum 3 years with handling inquiries, quotations, negotiation, and closing.
• Technical understanding: ability to learn technical products quickly.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to prepare quotations and cost calculations.
• Good online research and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, disciplined and able to manage multiple inquiries.
• Confident to communicate with customers independently.

Responsibilities

• Inbound inquiry handling by phone, email, and live chat.
• Identify technical requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Issue technical/commercial quotes and negotiate pricing within approved limits.
• Track open quotes and opportunities through deal closure.
• Hand off confirmed sales to internal logistics and update clients on delivery status.
• Log and update accurate customer, quote, and sales records.
