Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive/Engineer to handle customer inquiries, recommend suitable technical products, prepare quotations, and follow up sales opportunities through closing

Primary Responsibilities

• Inbound inquiry handling: Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and live chat.
• Customer guidance: Identify technical requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Quotation & negotiation: Issue technical/commercial quotes and negotiate pricing within approved limits.
• Sales follow-up & closing: Track open quotes and active opportunities through deal closure.
• Order Hand Off : Hand off confirmed sales to internal logistics and keep clients updated on delivery status.
• CRM Update: Log and update accurate customer, quote, and sales records.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. • Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, including customer handling, quotation follow-up, negotiation, and sales closing.
   • Technical Understanding: Good technical understanding and ability to learn technical products quickly.
   • Communication & Customer Handling: Strong written and verbal English communication and customer-handling skills.
   • Microsoft Office Skills: Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
   • Quotation & Pricing: Ability to prepare quotations and perform basic pricing and cost calculations.
   • Research & Problem-Solving: Good online research and problem-solving skills.
   • Organization & Follow-Up: Organized, disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups.
   • Independence & Confidence: Confident in communicating with customers and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

1. • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, particularly Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
   • Technical / Industrial Sales Experience: Experience in technical or industrial product sales.
   • Relevant Product Experience: Experience with industrial weighing equipment, measuring instruments, instrumentation, automation, or related products.
   • UAE Driving Licence: UAE driving licence is an advantage.
   • Arabic Language: Arabic language skills are an advantage.
   • Location / Commute: Residency in an area with easy access to International City, or possession of a personal vehicle for commuting.
