Detailed Job Description

As an Injection Molding Supervisor supporting advanced packaging manufacturing at Al Bayader International in Sharjah, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of injection molding shift operations, machine setup, parameter tuning, and workforce coordination. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include supervising machine operators, monitoring cycle times and scrap rates, troubleshooting molding defects, executing preventative maintenance coordination, and maintaining strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities
