Al Bayader International in Sharjah, UAE is seeking an experienced Blow Molding Supervisor to lead shift operations in a high‑volume packaging environment. You will oversee machine setup, process control, quality standards, and safety compliance while driving efficiency.

You will mentor operators, coordinate maintenance, monitor cycle times and wall thickness, troubleshoot defects, and implement improvements in extrusion and stretch blow molding.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Plastics Technology, or related field.
• 4–6 years of blow molding operations experience in plastics/packaging industries.
• Hands-on expertise in extrusion blow molding (EBM) and stretch blow molding (SBM).
• Knowledge of polymers (HDPE, PET, PP), mold design, parison programming, QC techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day blow molding shift operations and production schedules.
• Monitor machine parameters, extrusion temperatures, clamp pressures, cycle times, and wall thickness.
• Execute mold changeovers, machine setups, color changes, and trial runs per specs.
• Troubleshoot defects and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure QA, SOPs, and product specs are followed.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment servicing with maintenance teams.
• Lead handovers, safety talks, and production logs.
