Job summary

Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority is seeking a System Management Specialist – Infrastructure to ensure the stability, security, and updates of the organization’s server ecosystem.

You will install, configure, and harden Windows Server and Linux systems, manage virtualization platforms, and handle backups, DR, and mail services (Exchange Online & MS 365). The role covers IT governance, data center operations, and vendor collaboration to maintain ISO-aligned infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field.
• 0–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Installing, configuring, and hardening Windows Server and various Linux distributions (RHEL, Ubuntu).
• Managing virtualization platforms like VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or Red Hat virtualization.
• Executing OS-level patching, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Troubleshooting complex system-level performance issues.
• Administering Exchange Online and on-premises Exchange servers.
• Configuring mail flow, transport rules, and anti-spam/anti-phishing policies.
• Monitoring Microsoft 365 services and license allocation.
