Job summary

Gulf Contracting & Landscaping (GCL) is seeking a proactive BIM Coordinator to manage and coordinate Building Information Modeling processes across infrastructure projects. You will ensure model accuracy, conduct clash detection, and support seamless collaboration between architectural, structural, and MEP teams.

The role requires proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC, with a solid understanding of ISO 19650 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience in BIM coordination on infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
• Solid understanding of clash detection processes and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650 preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
• Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews using BIM software (e.g., Navisworks)
• Ensure models comply with project BIM execution plans (BEP) and standards
• Support the BIM Manager in implementing BIM workflows and protocols
• Maintain model quality control and version management
• Coordinate with design teams and contractors to resolve technical conflicts identified in the model
