Job summary

Al Ramz PJSC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Digital Product Analyst to support the development and enhancement of its digital platforms. You will collaborate with Product, IT, Compliance, Risk, Operations and business teams to gather requirements, improve customer journeys, and ensure regulatory alignment.

You will assist with UAT, testing, Arabic localisation, and maintaining a seamless bilingual customer experience across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (computer science, information systems, business, finance) required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, digital products, FinTech, banking, or related fields.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• Understanding of requirements gathering, UAT, digital platforms, and customer journeys.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile, Jira, Scrum, or related tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities
