We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies to bridge business needs and technical delivery.

The role involves translating high‑level business objectives and frameworks such as 360‑Service models into clear actionable user stories, acceptance criteria and business requirement documents (BRDs).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and transformation initiatives.
• Translate high‑level business objectives and frameworks such as 360‑Service models into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and business requirement documents (BRDs).
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business value and delivery timelines.
• Actively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Perform AS‑IS and TO‑BE analysis, identifying gaps and recommending optimized solutions.
• Work closely with Product Owners, developers, QA teams and SMEs to ensure clarity and alignment of requirements.
• Support solution design discussions and ensure requirements are feasible and testable.
• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, stakeholder meetings and UAT support.
• Ensure traceability of requirements from business needs to final delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in business analysis processes and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria, preparing BRDs/FRDs, and managing product backlog.
• Hands‑on experience in AS‑IS/TO‑BE gap analysis.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and workflow design.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams (Product, Tech, QA).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
