Job summary

Client of PlaceUp in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Talent Manager to oversee a roster of influencers, content creators and celebrities, managing relationships and securing brand collaborations. You will advise on content strategy, social media trends, and audience growth while coordinating campaigns end-to-end with brands, agencies and partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, entertainment, social media, PR, partnerships, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with influencers, content creators and celebrities represented by the agency.
• Receive and manage inbound requests from brands, agencies, event organizers and other partners.
• Identify and secure outbound commercial opportunities including brand collaborations, events, campaigns, appearances and partnerships.
• Negotiate opportunities and coordinate with clients and talent to ensure successful execution.
• Advise talent on content strategy, social media trends, audience growth and personal brand development.
