Job summary

NEXT Ventures in Dubai seeks an Onboarding Specialist to lead negotiations with Western influencers and high‑value affiliate partners, shaping strategic collaborations. You will review briefs, craft negotiating strategies, and close partnerships within approved terms, then hand off outcomes to Partner Management.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, strong coordination and communication skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
• Open to interns, fresh graduates, and early-career candidates with strong potential.
• Excellent coordination, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with Western influencers and high-value partners.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations professionally.
• Ability to prepare and execute negotiation strategies based on provided briefs and commercial parameters.
• Detail‑oriented with strong documentation and handover capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation meetings with Western influencers and high-value affiliate prospects.
• Receive pre-meeting briefs containing affiliate background, context, and strategic parameters.
• Prepare negotiation strategy for each engagement, including identifying walk-away points and target outcomes.
• Execute negotiations to secure partnerships at or below target terms.
• Document outcomes and hand off closed deals to the Partner Management team for ongoing relationship management.
