Job summary

Rite. is a fast-growing UAE-born wellness brand seeking an Influencer, Creator & Affiliate Manager to scale its creator ecosystem across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

You will own seeding, influencer partnerships, UGC, ambassadors and affiliates to drive content, awareness and measurable revenue, with a focus on ROI and growth.

This is a hands-on role within a regional wellness brand, offering ownership to build the network and system for scalable creator marketing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer, creator, affiliate or social marketing.
• Experience within DTC, wellness, beauty, fitness or consumer brands.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE & KSA creator ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and creator-led content.
• Commercial and data-driven mindset comfortable connecting creator activity to sales and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own the influencer, creator, ambassador and affiliate strategy.
• Source and build relationships with creators across wellness, fitness, beauty, hair and lifestyle.
• Develop a product seeding programme.
• Build and scale Rite.’s affiliate programme, including recruitment, commissions, incentives and performance.
• Manage influencer campaigns from outreach and negotiation to activation and reporting.
• Turn high-performing creators into long-term ambassadors and affiliates.
• Build a continuous pipeline of UGC and creator content for organic and paid media.
• Work closely with Creative and Paid Media teams to identify and scale winning creator content.
• Track revenue, CAC, affiliate sales and return on creator spend.
• Manage budgets and continuously optimise partnerships based on performance.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a hands‑on Influencer, Creator & Affiliate Manager to build and scale Rite.’s creator ecosystem across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

This role goes beyond influencer coordination. You will own the full journey seeding, influencer partnerships, UGC, ambassadors and affiliates with a clear focus on generating great content, growing awareness and driving measurable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the influencer, creator, ambassador and affiliate strategy
