Job summary

PAL Digital Marketing Company LLC in Dubai is seeking an Influencer Executive to join its Influencer Marketing team. The role involves researching, outreach, coordinating campaigns, and maintaining creator relationships while monitoring trends across Instagram and TikTok.

You will manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensure deliverables and timelines, and report on performance metrics to optimize client campaigns. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, digital marketing or a related role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and the creator ecosystem.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, creators and deadlines at once.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of current social media and influencer trends.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• Previous experience working with influencers or creators in the UAE market is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Influencer Research & Outreach: Research and shortlist influencers and content creators based on campaign and client requirements.
• Campaign Coordination: Coordinate influencer campaigns, visits, shoots and activations from confirmation through completion.
• Influencer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Social Media & Trend Monitoring: Monitor influencer content, trends, and deliverables across platforms.
• Reporting & Administration: Track campaign performance and maintain influencer records.
