Job summary

Nestlé UAE is seeking a Medical Delegate to ethically detail Nestlé Nutrition products to medical and paramedical contacts, communicating accurate information on usage and benefits under WHO Code and local guidelines.

The role includes territory planning, conducting product knowledge sessions, maintaining CRM records, building relationships with HCPs, and ensuring hospital presence to improve availability and share of Nestlé Infant Nutrition products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in pharmaceutical/Science/Medicine/Nutrition/Dietitian.
• Prior experience as a Medical Delegate is desirable.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Nestlé’s breastfeeding guidance and the value of infant nutrition products to healthcare professionals.
• Provide reliable information on infant nutrition to medical/paramedical contacts.
• Organize and run medical/educational meetings including sponsorships and guest lectures.
• Maintain territory coverage and gather insights using CRM systems; manage educational materials.
• Ensure Nestlé Infant Nutrition concepts are present in hospitals within the territory to improve availability and hospital shares.
• Develop professional relationships with HCPs and medical decision makers; organize key events/seminars.
• Comply with WHO Code, Nestlé Instructions and local country codes in all activities.
• Differentiate Nestlé offers through knowledge of products and competitive landscape.
