Job summary

Yokogawa Electric Corporation in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver comprehensive training on Yokogawa products, systems, and solutions across customer sites, classrooms, and virtual environments.

The role requires 6-8 years in process automation, strong presentation skills, and hands-on experience with CENTUM VP and ProSafe-RS. You will develop materials, coordinate with engineering and projects, and travel within the UAE and internationally.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in instrumentation, controls, electronics, or electrical engineering.
Certification in training or education is a plus.
6-8 years of industrial experience in process automation or related fields.
Experience delivering technical training to customers.
Hands-on experience with Yokogawa systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical training programs to customers on Yokogawa products, systems, and solutions.
Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-site training sessions.
Develop, maintain, and improve training materials, presentations, laboratory exercises, and assessments.
Prepare and maintain the Lab set up and training documentation.
Coordinate with Service, Engineering and Projects, and Sales & Marketing to identify customer training requirements.
Ensure training quality, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Travel to customer sites within the UAE and abroad as required.
