Job summary

Yokogawa Electric Corporation in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver comprehensive training on Yokogawa products, systems, and solutions across customer sites, classrooms, and virtual environments.

The role requires 6-8 years in process automation, strong presentation skills, and hands-on experience with CENTUM VP and ProSafe-RS. You will develop materials, coordinate with engineering and projects, and travel within the UAE and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instrumentation, controls, electronics, or electrical engineering.
• Certification in training or education is a plus.
• 6-8 years of industrial experience in process automation or related fields.
• Experience delivering technical training to customers.
• Hands-on experience with Yokogawa systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training programs to customers on Yokogawa products, systems, and solutions.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-site training sessions.
• Develop, maintain, and improve training materials, presentations, laboratory exercises, and assessments.
• Prepare and maintain the Lab set up and training documentation.
• Coordinate with Service, Engineering and Projects, and Sales & Marketing to identify customer training requirements.
• Ensure training quality, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Travel to customer sites within the UAE and abroad as required.
