Our busy restaurant in El-Ain is seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and hospitality industry, be a natural leader, and have a strong background in managing a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
• Create and maintain a positive work environment for all employees
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Train and mentor staff to provide exceptional customer service
