Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Indian Chef for our Sharjah kitchen. You will create and execute authentic Indian dishes, following our menu, while ensuring quality, timing, and presentation. You will train junior staff and help maintain kitchen standards.

The role requires leadership, strong English communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adherence to safety and sanitation procedures. Accommodation, transport, and medical insurance are provided.

Indian Chef in Sharjah


We are seeking an experienced and talented Indian Chef to join our team in Sharjah. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. You should have a strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and be able to create delicious and visually appealing dishes.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare authentic Indian dishes according to our menu
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in the proper preparation techniques
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine, cooking techniques, and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with other benefits such as accommodation, transportation, and medical insurance.
