We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Pastry Chef to join our team in Dubai. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious pastries, desserts, and other baked goods. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in crafting visually appealing and tasty treats.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and executing pastry menu items in line with the restaurant's standards
• Preparing a variety of desserts, cakes, pies, breads, and other baked goods
• Ensuring high quality of ingredients and presentation of all items
• Maintaining a clean and organized work station at all times
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
• Training and supervising junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and safety/sanitation practices
• Creative flair with the ability to develop new recipes while also following existing ones accurately
• Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Salary: 1200$ per month (tax-free)
