Dubai Luxury Hotel is seeking an experienced Indian Executive Chef to lead the culinary team in a luxury hotel in Dubai. The role focuses on menu planning, quality control, and staff management to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years as an Executive Chef in upscale settings, with strong Indian cuisine knowledge and international cooking techniques. Visa sponsorship is provided; accommodation is not included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant setting.
• Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine as well as international cooking techniques.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create menus that showcase authentic Indian cuisine while also incorporating international flavors.
• Oversee food preparation to ensure high quality and consistency.
• Train and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain health and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments such as banquet and catering to ensure seamless operations.
• Participate in budget planning and cost control measures.
