Jing Hau in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Indian Baker to join our bakery team. You will prepare breads, pastries, cookies, cakes and more, following traditional Indian baking techniques.

The role requires at least 2 years in a commercial bakery, high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong time management. We offer 1200 USD per month, accommodation, visa sponsorship, and a round-trip ticket from India.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary or baking certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery setting
• Knowledge of baking ingredients and techniques; familiarity with traditional Indian baking is a plus
• Able to read and follow recipes accurately
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high quality baked goods
