Job summary

MapleGroves in Sharjah, UAE is seeking a skilled Baker to prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards. You will join a busy bakery team and contribute to daily production.

Responsibilities include measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, monitoring ovens, decorating and glazing pastries, ensuring proper storage, maintaining a clean workstation, and training new bakers as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional bakery setting.
• Ability to read recipes and measure ingredients accurately.
• Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods.
• Excellent time management to ensure timely production of baked goods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
