Zusammenfassung

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is seeking an Income Auditor to join the Finance team. You will oversee daily income accounting, revenue postings, and reconciliation across PMS and POS systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The role requires 2–3 years’ hotel Income Auditor experience and strong knowledge of PMS/ POS software.

Pre-opening experience is a plus. Excellent Excel and English communication skills are essential, with a commitment to high standards and teamwork in a luxury hotel

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management and/or Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as Income Auditor in a similar capacity in a hotel.
• Pre-opening experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of PMS, POS and Accounting systems (Springer Miller, InfoGenesis, SUN).
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel.
• Perfect English skills (verbal and writing).

Aufgaben

• Manage daily income accounting and ensure monthly revenue is posted on the first day of each month.
• Authorize and approve rebates, allowances and discounts per hotel policies.
• Prepare and distribute the Daily Revenue Report for management.
• Verify and reconcile revenue reports and night audit reports.
• Ensure revenues and settlements balance across PMS and POS.
• Prepare month-end reconciliation for General Ledger and revenue balances.
• Handle credit card reconciliations and related discrepancies.
• Report audit findings and maintain compliance with policies.
