Job summary

Taaleem seeks a Learning Support Assistant (Inclusion) to provide dedicated support to students with special educational needs, helping them access the curriculum and participate fully in lessons. You will work closely with teachers to develop individualized learning plans, offer one-on-one assistance, monitor progress, and contribute to a safe, inclusive classroom environment across Dubai campuses.

Qualifications

• High school certificate or equivalent.
• Industry certifications or relevant training in special education or learning support is preferred.
• Proven experience working with students with special educational needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and empathy when working with students facing learning challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of different learning strategies and techniques to support students with special needs.

Responsibilities

• 1. Work closely with teachers and special education coordinators to develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with special educational needs.
• 2. Assist students with classroom activities and ensure they are able to fully participate in lessons.
• 3. Provide one-on-one support to students who require extra help with their learning.
• 4. Monitor and track the progress of students with special needs and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
• 5. Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• 6. Collaborate with other learning support assistants and educational professionals to support the overall development of students.
