Job summary

Taaleem seeks a Learning Support Assistant (Inclusion) to provide dedicated support to students with special educational needs, helping them access the curriculum and participate fully in lessons. You will work closely with teachers to develop individualized learning plans, offer one-on-one assistance, monitor progress, and contribute to a safe, inclusive classroom environment across Dubai campuses.

Qualifications

• High school certificate or equivalent.
• Industry certifications or relevant training in special education or learning support is preferred.
• Proven experience working with students with special educational needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and empathy when working with students facing learning challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of different learning strategies and techniques to support students with special needs.
