Job summary

Anduril is seeking a Forward Logistics Associate to provide hands-on logistics support across the Middle East and Africa, forward-deployed to U.S. military installations.

You will own in-theater asset flow, sparing accountability, and mission-critical hardware delivery, working with uniformed personnel and government reps to ensure timely arrivals. The role requires living in hazard zones, traveling up to 75% and maintaining strict compliance with ITAR/EAR and DoD regulations while coordinating

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred; equivalent military or operational experience may be substituted for education.
• 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or military operations with forward-deployed or in-theater experience.
• Experience working with uniformed U.S. military logistics organizations.
• Hands-on experience preparing military transport documentation (DD 1149, DD 1387, TMRs, GBLs, AWBs).
• Strong attention to detail and 100% compliance with requirements.
• Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
• Excellent communication with military, government representatives, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in productivity and ERP tools (Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, JIRA, Slack, Excel).
• Willingness to live/work in hazard zones in the Middle East and Africa, for extended periods.
• Travel up to 75% in-theater between bases.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate movement of hardware, spares, and personnel between bases across the Middle East and Africa.
• Coordinate intra-theater transport via military airlift, ground convoys, and contracted carriers.
• Work with movement control teams to schedule lift, secure manifests, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as on-the-ground point of contact for logistics activities at supported sites.
