Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks a Mission Operations Specialist to lead deployment, training, and day-to-day operational success of Connected Warfare products in the UAE and Kuwait. Based in the UAE, you will be on the ground up to 50% of the time, setting up tactical mesh networks, integrating sensors, and ensuring C2 software performs reliably in field conditions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in field operations, technical deployment, defense technology, or related roles.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and IP networking in field conditions.
• Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to engage technical and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and configuration of Connected Warfare hardware, software, and sensors for Kuwaiti missions.
• Design and deliver hands-on training to military and security operators.
• Bridge field needs back to engineering teams in UAE and globally.
• Build relationships with Kuwaiti officials to ensure system adoption and future needs.
• Coordinate with UAE-based logistics, legal, and engineering teams to meet timelines.
