Job summary

Anduril Industries in Abu Dhabi seeks a Regional Train and Advise Lead with deep Middle East cultural competence to bridge advisory work with hands-on deployment, training, and support of Air Defense systems.

You will oversee training for Middle East military users, perform needs assessments, build strategic relationships with military leadership, and translate field feedback to engineering teams to improve offerings. Extensive travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and extensive experience operating in the Middle East region.
• Strong track record in train-and-advise support for foreign militaries and government stakeholders.
• Experience briefing senior government and military staff on operational/strategic matters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of technical training for Middle East military users, including Train the Trainer courses and localized materials.
• Conduct needs assessments, identify capability gaps, and track adoption metrics for improvement.
• Build strategic relationships with military leadership and end-users to enable effective communication and collaboration.
• Provide advisory support on mission planning, SOPs, and TTPs, mentoring regional partners for sustained adoption.
• Serve as regional SME, ensuring cultural sensitivity and alignment with regional requirements.
• Support rapid system deployment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime in demanding environments.
• Translate field feedback into actionable requirements for engineering and product teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align insights with roadmaps and services.
