Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Degree in hospitality management or F&B.
• Experience in Restaurant Service / In-room Dining operations.

Responsibilities

• Resource planning, manage your team and support development.
• Lead, mentor and train the In-room Dining team.
• Supervise and delegate duties; ensure brand standards are maintained.
• Review house counts, forecast and VIP lists and communicate daily between all outlets.
• Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
• Focus on guest feedback to improve guest satisfaction scores.
