Job summary

Landmark Auto S in the United Arab Emirates seeks an In-House SAP Implementation & Support Specialist to lead implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP across sales, warehouse, finance and procurement.

You will gather business requirements, perform data migration, create user guidance, and deliver training to drive SAP best practices across the group. Collaboration with external consultants will be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on SAP experience (implementation and/or support).
• Functional knowledge of MM, SD or FI; trading/distribution experience preferred.
• SAP certification is an advantage.

In-House SAP Implementation & Support Specialist

JOB PURPOSE

To serve as the Group's in-house SAP resource, responsible for the implementation, configuration, support and continuous improvement of SAP across all entities. The role bridges business requirements and the SAP system, ensuring users across sales, warehouse, finance and procurement are fully supported.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the implementation, roll-out and configuration of SAP modules (e.g. MM, SD, FI) across the Group.
• Provide first-line and functional support to end-users, resolving day-to-day SAP issues and tickets.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions or change requests.
• Perform system configuration, testing, data migration and validation for new processes.
• Create and maintain user documentation, training material and standard operating procedures.
• Deliver user training and drive adoption of SAP best practices across departments.
• Coordinate with external SAP consultants/partners for escalations and enhancements.
• Monitor system performance, master data quality and integrations, and support periodic upgrades.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on SAP experience (implementation and/or support).
• Functional knowledge of at least one core module (MM, SD or FI); trading/distribution experience preferred.
• SAP certification is an advantage.

SKILLS & JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Strong understanding of business processes in trading/distribution.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability across SAP functional areas.
• Ability to train users and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with reporting, master data and basic ABAP awareness is a plus.
