Job summary

Jaleel Holdings LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced SAP SD/MM Configuration and IT Project Coordinator. You will engage stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, and coordinate configurations across SD and MM modules within SAP S/4HANA.

The role involves collaborating with vendors and implementation partners, supporting integration with FI/CO/PP, and leading testing, data migration, and post go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and partners for reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and integrations.
• Support integration between SAP SD/MM and other modules (FI, CO, PP, WM/EWM) and external systems.
• Plan and execute testing (unit, integration, UAT) and cutover activities.

Principle Accountability

(Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM), with moderate knowledge of Sales and Distribution (SD) processes.)

SAP S4 SD/MM Configuration, IT Project Coordinator, Business Requirement Gathering, Vendor Coordination, BRM, and Meeting (BRM, Team review, Project review and SCR meeting).

Job Description

1. Engage with business stakeholders to understand business requirements, conduct process assessments, and translate them into clear functional specifications and project scope.
2. Configure, implement, and support SAP SD and MM modules in line with business requirements and SAP best practices.
3. Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners for reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, workflows, integrations, and other technical deliverables.
4. Support integration between SAP SD/MM and FI, CO, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems.
5. Plan and execute configuration testing, unit testing, integration testing, UAT, regression testing, cutover activities, and production validation.
6. Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and business-critical issues in accordance with agreed service levels.
7. Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, process flows, user manuals, and other project documentation.
8. Manage incidents, service requests, change requests, enhancements, data migration, master data validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Coordinate and support SAP implementations, rollouts, project deliveries, and post-go-live activities across the UAE and other countries.
10. Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing production and post-go-live support.
11. Design and implement data tools, automation solutions, and process improvements to reduce manual activities and enhance operational efficiency across the group.
12. Conduct site visits, business process assessments, workshops, and SAP implementation/support activities at company locations, warehouses, and other operational sites as required.
13. Willingness to travel locally and internationally based on business and project requirements.
14. Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines and business commitments.
