Job summary

Emirates is seeking an experienced F&B Concept Design Specialist to develop onboard food and beverage experiences across catering, products and branding. You will translate creative ideas into scalable concepts and ensure brand alignment across cabins and global catering networks.

Working cross-functionally with teams including CCM&B, you will lead tastings, briefs, and packaging guidelines while upholding premium service standards. Dubai-based role with travel benefits.

Qualifications

• Hold a completed Degree or Honours in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Food Design, Product Design, Food Science, Experience Design, or related discipline.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of end-to-end F&B operations and product development lifecycles.
• Experience in in-flight service/catering or premium hospitality product development is preferred.
• Wine and Spirit Education Trust Level 2 or above preferred.
• Strong visual storytelling and brand alignment capabilities required.
• Excellent presentation standards and packaging/branding understanding expected.
• Ability to translate creative concepts into scalable, operational solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver innovative, guest-centric F&B concepts with a focus on beverage development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align concepts with commercial goals and feasibility.
• Establish presentation standards across plating, beverage styling, packaging, and service rituals.
• Develop clear briefs, brand guidelines, and visual standards for internal and external partners.
• Collaborate on packaging designs, seasonal menus, photoshoots, and marketing materials.
• Conduct tastings, quality audits, and provide corrective actions to meet standards.
• Support rollout of new concepts across onboard operations and monitor performance.
