Job summary

Emirates is seeking a Food & Beverage Concept Design Specialist to develop onboard dining experiences across Catering, In-Flight Entertainment, and related areas. You will craft guest-centric concepts, align with premium branding, and translate creative ideas into scalable, operational solutions for global cabins.

The role requires strong storytelling, packaging and visual standards, and collaboration with CCM&B and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in In-Flight Service, Catering, or hospitality product development.
• WSET Level 2 qualification or above preferred.
• Experience in mixology is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end F&B operations and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver innovative, guest-centric F&B concepts aligned with brand identity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate culinary, beverage, and brand initiatives.
• Maintain presentation standards across plating, beverage styling, and packaging.
• Develop briefs, guidelines, and visual standards for internal and external partners.
• Support rollout of new concepts across onboard operations and monitor performance.
