Job summary

EDGE Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an IMS Team Leader to drive the Integrated Management System across quality, health, safety, and environment. You will lead implementation, audits, and continual improvement, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and robust risk management.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor's in Engineering, Quality, or HSE and IRCA Lead Auditor certification, with 10+ years of IMS experience in manufacturing or engineering contexts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, HSE, or related field.
• IRCA Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Minimum 10 years of IMS, Quality, or HSE management experience in manufacturing/engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ISO management systems, auditing, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
• Plan and coordinate internal/external audits and management reviews.
• Monitor IMS performance, corrective actions, and continuous improvements.
