Job summary

Hydropower Energy And General Construction LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced IMS/QHSE Lead Auditor to develop, implement and maintain the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.

The role coordinates internal and external IMS audits, manages documentation and records, tracks non-conformities and corrective actions, liaises with certification bodies, and supports departments to ensure ongoing compliance and certification.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or relevant field.
• IMS/QHSE Lead Auditor Certification (ISO 45001/ISO 14001/ISO 9001) is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 requirements across DMT/ADM/AACM projects.
• Coordinate internal and external IMS audits, manage documentation, procedures and records.
• Track non-conformities and corrective/preventive actions; liaise with certification bodies.
• Support departments to ensure ongoing compliance and certification.

ROLE OVERVIEW

• Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 requirements across DMT/ADM/AACM projects.
• -Key duties include coordinating internal and external IMS audits, managing documentation, procedures and records, tracking non-conformities and corrective/preventive actions, liaising with certification bodies, and supporting departments to ensure ongoing compliance and certification.
• -Candidate must demonstrate strong knowledge of integrated management systems and proven hands-on experience implementing and maintaining IMS in the construction/infrastructure sector.
